soooo, judging but recent talks by Adam on his blog etc...looks like its not too far away from being finished. Still could be ages till we hear it though...
I just created this thread for general talk about the album really...(i never go on fdb so sorry if this is old)
I really don't want to see any recycled songs on the album, as much as i love old school unrealeased pete songs, an album of newies would be so much better
Who produced the whole album? Jake Fior???
Songs that could be on the album...Salome, Darksome Sea, Alone Again (or Love), My White City Girl (is this sa pete song?), Palace of bone (any non-live versions of this about?)
I hope the album is more than just pete and his guitar....hopefully something extra that steps away what babyshambles does (in some of their songs).

The album might (might being the word) out in the next couple of months. As for the tracklist, who knows.
Peter played 6 to 8 songs from it at a recent flat gig, from what I've been told they were pretty special.
For lovers, salome, death around the eyes, through the looking glass, arcady, broken love songs and 1939 returning are the songs I know about, whether they will appear on the album is anyone's guess.
The solo record does appear to have Adam, Drew and Graham Coxon on it. _________________ http://roseskingscastlesdemos.blogspot.com |

I'm not sure who the producer is, but judging by his presence in youtube footage, I'd guess it's Stephen Street. _________________ We're not getting any new flags, just some old ones left over from the last war. |

Jake Fior was producing it (a few demos knocking about at the moment) but I'm sure it's Stephen Street now.
The versions I've heard of Salome are right mouth watering and the finished version sounds even better but unfortunally that was one gig I didn't make having been to the previous three I'll put the versions I have up later. _________________ http://roseskingscastlesdemos.blogspot.com |

When is Doherty's birthday as a matter of interest? _________________ "oh you're the devil, put him in a bag and kill him!" |

Oh the talk of a solo happened on .net, many fathoms ago...
It was coming out 9th March then, too. |
